Fort McMurray fundraising activities:
As you know from your email, we have some activities to raise money for Fort McMurray.
Art Auction – The students worked together to create a piece of art for the auction called, ‘Community Quilt’. It will be auctioned off at the volunteer tea.
Date with a Teacher – Tomorrow is the last day to purchase ballots for this activity. $1.00/ballot – and it will be done for the afternoon
Family Fun Day – Saturday, May 14 from 12:00 to 4:30ish at Park 96
As many of you know, I am involved in a community music group that has concert bands, jazz ensembles, and choirs. We are having our year-end concert at Park 96. This is a free event for all those who would like to attend with food trucks and other fun things like face painting. Bring a chair and come and listen to the concert bands and choirs share their music. Mrs. Dennill and I are in the choir that will be singing at 12:30ish and the Concert band I play in, is playing around 3ish.

What have we learned today:
Please note that we have changed our way of describing our day. Instead of sharing what we have done today, we are sharing what we may have learned personally or together as a large group.
- We learned and did many things today.
Daily Challenge:
Can you remember the nursery rhyme that you read today? Share what your character/thing was and how did it fit into your nursery rhyme.
