What we did today:
- We had SQUIRT time. (NT)
- We got little pieces of paper and wrote down who we work best with for a new desk change. (SZ)
- We had Bump in the morning. (ES)
- We went to gym and practice our badminton skills. One side we passed to each other and the other side we had to hit the bird into a hoop. (CG)
- We had learning centers. (KH)
- We had music and we coloured little sheets from Peter and the Wolf. The clarinet is the cat and the flute is the bird. (RP and LB)
- We had social studies and we continued to add things to our community page. There were so many things that we had to sort the words. (LB)
- We had math and we walked around and looked at what other people did. We noticed that sometimes people did things similar to us and different from us. (RP and BS) We started to attach numbers to the rods. (BB)
Daily Challenge:
Today we started to give our Cuisenaire rods different names. LO thought that the orange one that was the longest should have the biggest number. LO said that it should be the number of colours that were used. What did number did we end up giving to orange? Can you remember the rest of the matches of colours and numbers?
