Last field trip of the year
We have one volunteer so far for Thursday afternoon. We need at least one more to come. Please let me or Andrea know if you are able to come on Thursday. Thank you
Home Reading books
These also need to be returned this week so that we can go through and tidy up the baskets for next year.
Year-End Party on Friday, June 24
We thought that we would have ice cream sundaes with fresh fruit. Andrea is going to send out an email asking who would like to bring some ice cream or fresh fruit for our sundaes. There were suggestions of strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, pineapple, mango, cherries, cantaloupe, etc.

- In music, I learned a new game called Beat or No Beat. (LH)
- I learned in math with the playdough it was hard and frustrating to smooth it out. (LB)
- I learned that sometimes it is fun to just go and play on the playground for gym. (LK)
- We made Thankful cards for our Grade 4 buddies. (KH)
- We had some Kindergarten students visit us in the morning and the afternoon. (CM)
Daily Challenge:
Talk with your family about what you would like to tell your Grade two teacher about yourself. What is important for you to share about yourself? How do I learn best? What things do I like about school? What would I like to learn in Grade two?
