Musical Theatre Group:
Mrs. Morin, Ms. Mosher, and Miss Konno are doing Musical Theatre this year at the beginning of the year. Those students who have chosen to join will have a permission form in their mail pocket.
Healthy Hunger
There was an email sent out as well as bright pink notices to the oldest and only today. Our first Fun Lunch is on September 27 and the orders need to be in by Friday, September 22.

Book Fair
Great books for sale in the Learning Commons!
We will be hosting a Scholastic Book Fair September 21&22 during Meet the Teacher.
We will be visiting the book fair on Wednesday afternoon. The students will make a wish list and then bring it home. The books can be purchased Thursday evening and Friday morning during the Meet the Teacher conferences.

What we have done today:
- We had gym and be played Bench Dodgeball. (CM)

- We worked on our “Top Ten Things You Need to Know About Me!” page in our visual journal. (BS)
- We read to a buddy after lunch. (PM)
- We had choice time. (MH)
- We had catch up and must do time. (DC)
- We did math and we did a squirrel math problem. (ES)
- We finished up our “We are Smart” pages. (ZG)
- We did language arts and made a book response to a story we heard called, “Woolbur”. (WS and CM)
- We listened to a clarinet. (PM and RS)
Daily Challenge:
We worked on a math problem where a squirrel was collecting peanuts and acorns. She had 9 nuts in her nest. How many of each nut did she collect? Is there just one answer? How many ways can you find a solution?
